Danny Piechocki (pie-chah-key) is an American musician, composer and sound engineer best known for his versatility across avant-garde, progressive rock, experimental, and jazz-influenced projects. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Studies from the University of South Florida and also studied audio production at St. Petersburg College's Music Industry and Recording Arts Program, where he developed a strong foundation in studio recording, mixing, and live sound techniques.

Based in the Tampa Bay area, Danny is a multi-instrumentalist with drums as his primary focus. Over the past decade, he has performed with numerous bands, contributed to a wide range of recordings, and toured extensively throughout the United States. His work appears on labels such as SKiN Graft Records, Trevor Dunn's Riverworm Records, and Trouble in Mind Records, among others.

Danny is currently involved in several collaborative projects, including TERMS, a duo he co-founded with guitarist Christopher Trull (Yowie, Grand Ulena), and the long-running ensemble Ahleuchatistas, which he joined alongside Shane Parish (Bill Orcutt Quartet) and Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle, Fantômas, John Zorn). His performances have brought him to stages at major events like Big Ears Festival (Knoxville, TN), CBGB Music Festival (New York, NY), and he is scheduled to appear at Jazz em Agosto Festival in Lisbon, Portugal in August 2025.
